Executive Appointments at Absolute Hotel Services in Bangkok

Absolute Hotel Services has appointed Martin Faist as Group Director of Food and Beverage, while Atilla Erda has been appointed Senior Vice President of Business Development, effective 1 January 2015.

Both will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Martin Faist has over 20 years of experience having worked for Michelin Star restaurants in Germany and well-known restaurants in USA and Thailand. Prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services he was the Food & Beverage Director at Plaza Athenee a Royal Meridien Hotel Bangkok, Thailand for 7 years.

As Group Director of Food and Beverage, he is responsible for developing and bringing food and beverage concepts to life for properties under development as well as ensuring the food and beverage products, promotions and performance at operating properties exceed expectations

Atilla has a wide portfolio of experience in sales and marketing positions from various hotels include Santiburi Group, Le Meridien, The Unique Collection of Hotels & Resorts, Minor International and Franklyn.

Prior to this position with AHS, he was Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing of Eastin Hotels & Residences and U Hotels & Resorts brands. He played a major role in spearheading and steering the hotels and resorts in all markets and at the same time maximizing revenues for all hotels and resorts under our management as well as increasing the profile of the brands. With his new exciting role, he will be securing more hotel management contracts in support to Absolute Hotel Services expansion plan for 2015 and beyond.
