The airline will operate four flights per week to Domodedovo International Airport, Moscow’s largest airport in terms of passenger and cargo traffic.

To celebrate the launch, the airline is offering special fares from US$395 from different Middle East destinations to Moscow. The promotion can be booked, subject to availability, until 31 October 2014, for travel before 30 November 2014.

Additionally, the airline’s special “Double Miles” promotion gives FalconFlyer Programme members the opportunity to earn double miles when flying on the airline's new route between 28 October and 28 December 2014.

Gulf Air Acting Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Ahmed Abdulla Janahi, said, “We begin our 7-day countdown to the launch of flights between Bahrain and Moscow and, in tandem, Gulf air is offering a two-month FalconFlyer Programme promotion that will give our FalconFlyer members the opportunity to travel while earning even more miles. Supplementing this, our inaugural fares make flights to the Russian capital even more accessible to travellers.”
