FCS Computer Systems (FCS) has appointed Trudi Chambers as Country Manager in Australia.

Joining Chambers in further assisting the Australian market is a revamped product suite spearheaded by FCS Rainbow, an integrated solution that helps hoteliers streamline day-to-day operations.

Comprised of the three main components: FCS Mobile Apps, FCS Hotel Operation Management Applications and FCS Gateways, with Rainbow a facility can oversee enhanced guest services management and ensure the ability to provide complete visitor satisfaction while boosting productivity and lowering costs.

Rainbow's creation follows the notable successes of several company products during 2013. In that year, FCS' e-Housekeeping solution won the acclaim of Singapore's Cabinet Minister and labour leader Lim Swee Say on his prestigious visit to Sheraton Towers Singapore.

Impressed with the hotel's ability of maximizing housecleaning efficiency without compromising safety, Say chose to visit the property out of a list of all luxury hotels in Singapore, and encouraged other hotels to incorporate such technologies into their own operations.

2013 proved to also be good year for FCS i-Guest, the application that allows guests to access hotel services, offerings and information from mobile devices with its expansion into the North American market.

Closer to home, i-Guest's benefits continue to be implemented by FCS clients across Australia. With installations taking place at locations such as the 314 room Stamford Plaza at Sydney Airport, Australian hotel stayers can rest assured that they will continue to receive the latest FCS offerings in guest comfort and convenience.

"We are very excited for the possibilities that lie ahead for both FCS and our clients in Australia," said Chambers. "With events such as the FCS Transformation taking place in Sydney this February, hoteliers will have a chance to see the latest solutions available to them while bringing FCS closer to understanding and catering to each organization's individual needs."
