Etihad Airways Suspends All Flights to Sana’a

Etihad Airways has suspended all flights to Sana’a with immediate effect and until further notice.

The Abu Dhabi-based airline is offering the following options to customers who have purchased tickets for travel to/from Sana’a, on or before, 18 September and who now wish to alter their flight plans:

• Cancellations and refunds are permitted free of charge whether the ticket is wholly or partially utilised. The refund on partially utilised ticket will be calculated based on the pro-rata mileage flown;

• Re-routing and endorsements onto other airlines are not permitted.

Customers booked to fly to Sana’a are advised to contact their travel agent through whom the original ticket was purchased, or their nearest Etihad Airways office.
