AsiaRooms has partnered Uber to offer customers a free one-way transfer in Singapore when booking a hotel room between now and 15 September 2014.

Upon making their booking on AsiaRooms.com, customers will receive an email voucher with a special promotion code they can use for booking their ride using the Uber smartphone app.

Uber is an on-demand technology platform that helps make travel easier, by leveraging a smartphone app to connect customers to drivers within minutes, evolving how people travel locally and globally.

Clarence Lin, Head of Marketing, AsiaRooms, said, “At AsiaRooms.com, we place customers at the center of everything we do, and so we are similarly aligned with Uber, which is dedicated to providing safe and luxurious rides to people the world over with just one tap – in much the same way we do with our new AsiaRooms.com smartphone app. This partnership underscores our commitment to our customers; adding value and relevance to their travel experience.”

The redemption of the free transfer is designed to be simple and straightforward:

• Open to all AsiaRooms.com’s customers for Uber rides in Singapore

• No restriction on hotel or room type and no black-out dates for redemption of rides

• Free ride redemption is valid on all bookings across AsiaRooms.com’s more than 65,000 listed properties worldwide made between 18 June and 15 September

• Customers get email voucher with promotional code after completing their booking to be used on uber.com for redemption of free rides.

“Uber brings to everyone the convenience and reliability of a private driver. In doing so, it makes luxury travel accessible to everyone. We are glad to partner with forward thinking companies such as Uber in providing a consistent high quality experience for all of our customers,” added Malcolm Cheong, Head of Corporate & Partnerships, AsiaRooms.com
