Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has opened Niche, a new all day dining venue that offers a seamless transition from power breakfast to social hotspot at night.

Open daily from 6:30 am to 1:00 am, Niche serves an extensive breakfast buffet for a quick start into the day followed by la carte options for lunch, afternoon sweets and dinner prepared by Chef Giancarlo Caffaro and his team.

Special lunch dishes include the Niche Burger (Beef Burger with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon), Foie Gras Burger (Pan-Fried Foie Gras Beef Burger served with Red Berries Chutney), or the Cosmopolitan Salad (Scallops, Rocket Leaves, Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Sesame, Wakame Seaweed and Carrot).

The evening menu features a variety of bite-sized hot and cold appetisers as well as all-time favourite main dishes to share family-style. Drinks include fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, classic or hand-crafted signature cocktails, old- and new world wines, and the finest spirits.

Conceived by international interior design company, Leo Inter, the restaurant integrates cool indoor seating with a poolside tropical garden respite. The open layout allows guests to observe sandwich and salad preparations at lunch, and crpe-making in the afternoon at the live cooking station. Secluded dining areas are available for private meetings, exclusive parties, and social gatherings, or as a quiet working space with access to high-speed internet. Al fresco diners can enjoy meals, snacks or drinks on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lush garden and free-form swimming pool.

Located in the center of Bangkoks premier shopping, entertainment, and business area, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is easily accessible by car or BTS Skytrain. A sky bridge connects the hotels second (2nd) floor with Thailands leading shopping mall, Siam Paragon, to make a visit even more convenient.

Niche seats 82 indoors and 46 at the terrace.
