SpiceRoads Cycle Tours Launches Booking Portal for Agents

SpiceRoads Cycle Tours has launched a new Agent Booking Portal that will make booking bicycle holidays for clients by agents more efficient and timely thanks to instant confirmations.

The new Booking Portal will allow agents to access the SpiceRoads system in real-time to: see what tour dates are available to book; view the total number of passengers on the tour; reserve spaces for clients; change a status from on-hold, confirmed or cancelled; and of course make a booking.

This system instantly approves bookings 24-hours a day, therefore avoiding delays in confirmations due to office closure.
