Les Clefs d’Or Awards Golden Keys to Arnulfo Guinto

Les Clefs d’Or has awarded the prestigious Golden Keys to Dusit Thani Dubai’s Chief Concierge Arnulfo Guinto for his exceptional performance and enthusiasm in the hotel concierge industry.

“It is a great privilege to have Mr. Arnulfo Guinto as the newest member of our organisation and the first ambassador of Dusit Thani Hotel Concierge,” said Les Clefs d’Or UAE President, Charles Ferrer. “He has been superlative in what he does. The entire association believes in him and the hotel, and hereby awards him the Golden Keys as confirmation of his full membership of the Les Clefs d’Ors.”

Originally from Philippines, Arnie Guinto joined Dusit Thani Dubai in 2000. He was awarded with First Class Customer Care in the Concierge Competition for displaying remarkable guest service in 2010 and now, after getting unanimous votes from the membership board of Les Clefs d’Ors, he has received the Golden Keys.
