Korean Air is now codesharing with Aurora Airlines on the route between Incheon-Sakhalin.

Aurora Airlines (Russian: Аврора) is a subsidiary of Aeroflot, created by merging SAT Airlines and Vladivostok Air.

The airline flies to 18 cities in 4 countries with 13 aircraft including the Boeing 737.

Aurora Airlines’ flights codeshared by Korean Air to Sakhalin are operated by a Boeing 737 aircraft, seating 110 passengers.

Aurora Airlines’ flights depart from Incheon International Airport on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays at 12:00 noon and arrive in Sakhalin at 16:45 the same day. The return flights depart from Sakhalin at 09:30, arriving Seoul Incheon at 10:50 the next day.

Alongside Korean Air’s current routes between Incheon-Moscow (five flights a week) and Incheon-Vladivostok (daily), the codeshare flights to Sakhalin will provide increased convenience and choice to passengers travelling to Russia.
