The laying of the corner stone for the final phase of the Senayan Square construction and what in future is to be the Fairmont, Jakarta, operated by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, took place in late December, 2012.

Scheduled for soft opening in late 2014 and grand opening in early 2015, Fairmont, Jakarta is set to be one of the city’s landmark buildings.

Hotel facilities will also include 1200 sqm of function space, 6-floor car park building and hotel rooftop heliport.

Completion of the hotel will signal the end of Senayan Square’s construction and fulfillment of the master development plan by PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana, a joint venture development company comprised of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte.
