Jin Jiang Signs Hotel in Stone Forest, China

Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company has signed a management contract with Yunnan Jia Yi Real Estate for the of Stone Forest Jin Jiang International Resort. The resort is scheduled to open in February 2014.

The Stone Forest Jin Jiang International Resort is located in the North of the scenic attraction Stone Forest (Shilin) approximately 120-km, a three-hour drive, from Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, Southwest China.

Kunming is an increasingly popular destination for visitors due to its consistently warm climate, scenic landscapes, culture and cuisine. The Stone Forest is one of Kunming's most notable attractions. Covering an area of 400 square kilometers, it is filled with natural limestone rock formations.

This five-star resort is spread over 50,900 square meters, and will feature 118 guest rooms in the main building, ranging between standard rooms and suites, and 40 spacious villas spread across the property. Each villa has 3 rooms each, with en suite bathrooms and a guest toilet, a shared dining and living space, and a working area on the 2nd floor.

The resort will have meeting and conference rooms and restaurants ranging from Chinese to Western cuisines.

Additional recreational features include a luxurious spa, two tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool and a recreational center with a gym and relaxation area.
