AirAsia to Increase Bangkok-Phuket Flights; Promo Fares from THB 490

AirAsia is increasing the number of flights it operates between Bangkok (Don Muang) and Phuket, to 10 flights a day.

To celebrate the new additional flight, promotional all-inclusive fares start from 490 THB one way. Bookings are available until 17 March 2013 for travel between 30 April and 30 November 2013. Terms and conditions apply.

Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia, said, “From 30 April 2013, AirAsia will be offering up to 10 direct flights a day from Bangkok to Phuket, the airline’s southern flight hub and Thailand’s number one domestic and international tourist destination. The island is popular year round and as a commercial center, traveler numbers are constantly increasing. AirAsia is confident that its additional flights will provide the best travel options for Phuket’s visitors, giving them a variety of affordable flights and convenient travel times.”

For travelers looking for an even better deal, AirAsiaGo is offering package deals for a 3-Day 2-Night stay, with accommodation and flight starting from 1,599 THB (inclusive of tax) per person, based on twin sharing.
