Prince Hotel in KL Appoints New Director of Rooms

Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur has appointed Mr Daniel Leong as its new Director of Rooms.

In this capacity, he is responsible in operational areas including Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping and Safety & Security to achieve high quality product delivery and service standards.

Leong reports directly to Tim Quarm, General Manager of the hotel. Speaking on the appointment, Quarm said, "Daniel possesses a strong background in hotel operations. We are confident that his positive and upbeat approach will contribute to the operations team in ensuring that we continue to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.”

A Malaysian, Leong holds over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry with diversified knowledge in both Room division and Food & Beverage division.

Prior to joining the Prince Hotel, Leong held several key positions in a number of 4 and 5-star hotels within Kuala Lumpur.
