Patrick Martinez Wins Rotana’s General Manager of the Year 2012 Award

Mr. Patrick Martinez, General Manager of the Rotana Complex on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, has won the group’s “General Manager of the Year 2012” award.

Every year, Rotana honours GMs who have exemplified outstanding ability to fulfill their respective targets, moreover, inspired and supported initiatives that allowed their properties to reach their highest potential.

The award aims to recognise the GM who drove measurable improvement in financial results, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction, developed talents within the company and built an excellent working relationship with the hotel owners.

A graduate from the Hotel School in Nice (France), and a seasoned hotelier who has worked on 3 continents, Mr. Martinez has consistently exercised leadership skills and excellent commercial judgment since he joined Rotana in 2010, thus earning him this prestigious award.
