Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has stopped short of joining many other leading hotel companies to offer complimentary internet access to all its guests.

The luxury hotel group has instead decided to offer high-speed internet on a complimentary basis to guests who create an online profile and book published rates through its website mandarinoriental.com.

Booking accommodation at rates published on the company’s website comes with a best available rate guarantee which means that if a better rate can be found online it will not only be matched, but guests will receive a further 10% reduction.

In return, guests can enjoy complimentary internet access for up to six personal devices at every participating Mandarin Oriental hotel worldwide.
