AirAsia to Launch Bangkok - Khon Kaen Flights

AirAsia will launch direct twice daily flights between Don Muang (Bangkok) and Khon Kaen city from 28 October 2013.

To celebrate the introduction of flights to Khon Kaen, AirAsia is offering special promotional fares through all booking channels. Bookings can be made until 15 September 2013 for travel between 28 October 2013 and 5 August 2014.

Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia, said, “Flights between Don Muang and Khon Kaen will be available twice daily - in the morning and late afternoon. The route is being launched in direct response to the needs of a wide array of travelers from the public to the private sector who need convenient travel to attend training sessions in the province.”

Thai AirAsia is scheduled to acquire 5 additional new aircraft in Q4 2013, resulting in a fleet of 35 new planes by year-end.
