Royal Cliff Hotels Group will next month launch a new more time efficient check-in process.

Developed to maximize the capabilities of current smart phone technology, the new system will enable users of smart phones and other devices to have the option of a hassle-free express check-in experience through the use of a personalized QR (Quick Response) code provided upon their reservation.

By scanning this code from their mobile/tablet devices or from a printed page, Royal Cliff’s staff can quickly and effortlessly retrieve booking information including important reservation details, contact information, special requests, benefits and discounts which will pave the way for a more efficient and customized check-in process.

This innovative procedure which is the first of its kind in Thailand will streamline and accelerate guests check-in upon hotel arrival eliminating long waiting times and making way for a more seamless hassle-free experience.

Plans are also underway to further develop this pioneering QR code system by incorporating its valuable use to other extensive facilities of the hotel.

“Royal Cliff Hotels Group always looks to enhance its hospitality and services to our valued clientele,” said Mr. Vitanart Vathanakul, Executive Director of Royal Cliff Hotels Group. “We greatly value delivering a memorable world-class experience to our guests from all over and constantly think of ways that can aid in increasing our customers’ satisfaction. It is our hope that with the utilization of this new QR code system, our guests would be provided a more personalized and unique experience showcasing how Royal Cliff Hotels Group is always looking to innovate and advance our community driven quality of service.”

The QR code express check-in lane will be available from 1 October 2013.
