Archipelago International has opened the Hotel Neo Candi Semarang in Central Java, Indonesia.

Located on Jalan Pemuda at the very heart of Semarang, the new Neo lends itself as a base for business travelers and tourists alike, with a convenient address just 10 minutes from Semarang’s Poncol Train Station.

Hotel facilities include a “Noodles Now” Restaurant which focuses on freshly made authentic noodle dishes, ample onsite parking, a mini market and retail shops, as well as stylish meeting rooms intended for more intimate corporate affairs.

All 105 guest rooms enjoy a modern and contemporary style, befitting the latest trends in hotel design. Each one is well-equipped with high-quality beds, soft duvets and pillows, free high-speed WiFi, LCD TVs with international & local channels, home entertainment systems, tea and coffee makers and a writing desk with universal electrical outlet. Bathrooms are also well-appointed with large standing showers, fluffy cotton towels and complimentary bathroom amenities.

“The Neo Candi Semarang brings a breath of fresh air to Semarang. It is not intended to be a hotel for everyone as it looks and feels very different from your typical local Central Java Hotel but instead, focuses on a new breed of traveler who is sophisticated, technology savvy, lives a healthy and successful life and enjoys the unexpected and an occasional surprise” said Norbert Vas, Archipelago International’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “We intend to strengthen Neos presence and will soon open multiple builds in Jakarta and Bali, with plans to enter exiting markets such as Bandung, Jogja, Makassar, Solo and Samarinda.”
