Thai AirAsia Launches Udon Thani Promotion

Thai AirAsia has launched an “Old for New” promotion allowing travellers to trade their old Bangkok-Udon Thani or Udon Thani-Bangkok tickets from any airline for 50% off new AirAsia tickets for travel before 15 October 2013.

“We want the people of Udon Thani to fly AirAsia at the best fares and on our fleet of new Airbus A 320s. It is sure to be an impressive experience for the people of Udon Thani as Flight Stats recently named us the most punctual airline in Thailand” said Mr. Santisuk Klongchaiya, Director of Commercial for Thai AirAsia.

Building on the promotion will be the “Old for New” caravan. AirAsia agents will be traveling through Udon Thani and Nong Khai accepting used aprons and field umbrellas for new replacements. Udon Thani will be the launch site for the caravan, which will eventually travel across the Kingdom.

Mr. Thanakorn Wirachartiyanukul, President of Udon Plaza Ltd. operator of UD Town, said, “This July and August, UD Town is featuring its own ‘Shop and Dine This Month, Fly Free Next Month’ promotion for AirAsia customers, letting them present their AirAsia tickets for a weekly chance at free air tickets.”
