The recently opened Aloft Cupertino in California features an innovative digital media hub in all its 123 guestrooms.

The hub is designed for today's high tech travellers who often travel with multiple content-loaded devices and want to watch or listen to what they want, when they want.

Within this robust entertainment hub, guests can choose from thousands of movies and TV shows, as well as connect to on-demand streaming media companies for films, television shows, sports, and much more. Guests can also play video, show off photos, and stream music directly from their tablet or MP3 player - right through their in-room 42" LCD TV.

"Since our guests don't confine themselves to conventional television at home, we thought we should unshackle hotel TV as well," said Brian McGuinness, Senior Vice President of Specialty Select Brands for Starwood. "We share our guests' enthusiasm for finding what's next, and they appreciate that we're constantly reinventing the hotel experience."

Starwood, Aloft
