Thavorn Hotels Appoints Randall Marketing as Sales Rep for AU/NZ

Thavorn Hotels and Resorts has appointed Randall Marketing as its sales representative for the Australia and New Zealand Markets.

Randall Marketing is widely recognised as a leading hospitality marketing agency and the partnership is expected to strengthen the regional presence of the Thavorn Hotels and Resorts brand through marketing, business development, customer presentation and media promotion to these key markets.

Kairop Suwansenee, Vice President of Marketing, Thavorn Hotels and Resorts, said, "Randall Marketing have worked with many of the leading hotels and resorts groups in SE Asia, so we are delighted to have them on board. We have been very impressed with their business model and their commitment to strengthening the position of the Thavorn brand in the Australia and New Zealand markets. Executive director at Randall Marketing, Randall Lui said that he was delighted to have the opportunity to look after the marketing activities of two such prestigious properties, "It will give RM the chance to use the vast knowledge it has acquired during many years of presenting Thailand as an extremely attractive business, MICE and leisure destination for Australian and New Zealand travellers," he said.

Following on from the completion of a 500 million Thai Baht renovation project last year, both Thavorn hotels have had a complete overhaul of their hotel websites including the addition of new mobile websites. Working in partnership with Phuket-based web design company Wide Discovery, the new premium websites will be available in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Russian, Japanese and Korean, to reflect the growing importance of new and emerging markets to the tourism industry in Phuket.
