Emma Wilkinson, Director at the London-based Charter Company, has been selected to join the BACA Council.

Emma began her aviation career in 1997 working with a small operator based at Cambridge Airport. After successfully helping to significantly grow the business, she joined London City Airport where she accrued a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and strategic development promoting General Aviation.

She joined The Charter Company as Manager of the Private Jet team in 2011 and joined the Board of Directors in September 2012.

BACA Chairman, Dick Gilbert, said, "We are delighted to welcome Emma to the council. Having worked for operators, airports and as a charter broker, she brings to the council a wealth of aviation experience along with many general management skills. I'm sure that Emma's involvement and contribution will be valuable to BACA which is busier than ever, and we look forward to working with her on the team."

BACA, a non-profit-making organisation, represents air charter brokers and others involved in the commercial and business aviation industry, both passengers and cargo. Based at the Baltic Exchange in London, the association has reached record numbers of members as it expands its global reach. Members include air charter brokers, airlines, airports, business aircraft operators, handling agents, aviation lawyers and consultants from around the world.

BACA’s annual awards and two networking lunches are among the highlights of the UK’s aviation calendar.
