Centara Launches Loyalty Programme

Centara Hotels & Resorts has launched a loyalty card which allows members to accrue points that can be redeemed for free hotel rooms at any of the company’s properties anywhere in the world, with no blackout dates.

Points are earned when the member stays in a Centara hotel or resort anywhere in the world, eats at a Centara restaurant, or uses a Centara spa, and also when shopping at a Central Retail Corporation outlet anywhere in Thailand.

There are four tiers to membership of the Centara The 1 Card, namely Classic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Elite.

Members progress upwards through the tiers simply by earning more points, and at each level the rewards increase, with free room upgrades, early check-in and late checkout, pre-registration, and guaranteed room availability when staying on a paid-for basis.
