Murlidhar Rao Appointed Estate Manager of The Sanchaya on Bintan Island

Veteran hotelier Murlidhar Rao has been appointed as Estate Manager for The Sanchaya, a new hideaway property on Bintan island, slated to open in the second half of this year.

Murli to his colleagues and associates, has over 25 years of extensive hospitality industry experience in India, Maldives, Indonesia, Singapore and the Turks and Caicos Islands, working for some of the leading luxury hotel brands which include the Four Seasons, Kempinski, Mandarin Oriental, and Alila.

As the Estate Manager, Murli will oversee The Sanchaya’s 19 individually designed villas and 9 suites.

Bintan island is located in Indonesia’s Riau Archipelago, just 40 kms south of Singapore.

Murli said, “The intuitive and engaging essence of our service delivery will be extended to every aspect of the guests’ stay and experience, from their preference of amenities to the fragrance and the sort of mood setting they would like in their guest rooms, to the dining experience.
