Marriott Opens Executive Apartments in Shenzhen

Marriott International’s first extended stay property in South China, the 155-unit OCT Harbour, Shenzhen Marriott Executive Apartments, has opened.

The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Marriott Executive Apartments cover a total area of over 27,000sqm. The property has accommodation of 155 units encompassing studios, one, two and three-bedroom suites.

Each apartment offers a separated warm-coloured bedroom, contemporary living room and office area and a fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen.

Concierge desk, foreign exchange, limousine service, and even a grocery shopping service are just a phone call away, while the Resident Lounge, 24-hour gym, outdoor pool, kids’ pool, children’s playroom, and valet dry cleaning are among the services on offer.

Located in the Central business district of Shenzhen Bay, the OCT Harbour is aiming to become one of China’s most fashionable and international entertainment destinations with its combination of varied concepts including culture, dining, ecology and entertainment in one exciting new venue.

Together with the Marriott Executive Apartments, the Harbour boasts one of the country’s first international waterfront shopping complexes, multi-media water show theatre, high-end cultural and commercial exhibition centre as well as Dream Aquarium, Myrules World and Shenzhen’s largest five-star flagship cinema.

Featuring a unique urban nature reserve, the OCT Harbour also links together the OCT Wetland Park and Coco Beach with the Binhai Seaside Promenade and Hongshulin Mangrove Forest conservation to form a larger-than-life ecological reserve.

In addition to their location, the apartments are also close to popular attractions such as The Window of the World, Splendid China, Happy Valley and Shenzhen Bay Park.
