New GMs at ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

ParkRoyal Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mark Losi as General Manager of ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur, and Sharmini Moganasundram as General Manager of ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.

Mark Losi has previously helmed ParkRoyal hotels in Penang and Singapore. Known for his drive for performance excellence and personable leadership style, Mark has close to 20 years of hotel management experience in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Mark spent the last decade in Asia, serving as General Manager of ParkRoyal Penang Resort in Malaysia, Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore and most recently, ParkRoyal on Beach Road in Singapore.

Nestled in the heart of the bustling Malaysian capital, the 426-room ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur offers modern comforts and easy access to the city’s business, shopping and entertainment districts, with the landmark Petronas Twin Towers a stone’s throw away.

Meanwhile, Sharmini Moganasundram has been promoted from Hotel Manager of ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur to General Manager of ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.

Situated at the centre of the Golden Triangle, close to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang, the 287-unit ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is designed to meet the needs of extended-stay travellers to the city.

A Malaysian, Sharmini started her hospitality career over 20 years ago at the Royal Holiday Inn Singapore before joining InterContinental Geneva. Since 1990, she has been based in Malaysia, working her way up the ranks to assume supervisory responsibilities in areas such as Housekeeping, Front Office and Rooms Operations at established business hotels.

Prior to her role as Hotel Manager of ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur, Sharmini spent 13 years with Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport where she eventually became its Executive Assistant Manager.

ParkRoyal Kuala Lumpur and ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur are two of three ParkRoyal properties in Malaysia. A third property is ParkRoyal Penang Resort located at Batu Ferringhi beach.
