Bangkok Airways Launches Prepaid Baggage Service

Bangkok Airways will launched a new “Prepaid Baggage Service” tomorrow, 13 March 2013.

The service allows passengers to purchase over-weight baggage in advance.

Prepaid packages start from THB 300 per 5 kilograms for domestic routes, and THB 1,000 per 5 kilograms for international routes – depending on destinations.

To purchase the service, travellers in Thailand should contact the airline's call center on 1771, or any of Bangkok Airways offices at least 24 hours prior to travelling time.

The services can also be purchased through the airline's website up to 4 hours prior to departure.
