Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Friday, 10 May 2013

Marriott Rewards members can now carry over their Elite nights into the next year, making achieving or maintaining elite status, faster and easier than ever before.

Any nights earned in excess of the minimum Elite requirements are now automatically applied to the following year’s status.

Marriott Rewards has three Elite levels – Silver (requires 10 nights per year), Gold (requires 50 nights per year), and Platinum (requires 75 nights per year).

Elite level membership has many benefits including bonus points, Elite exclusive offers, dedicated Elite reservation line, priority late checkout, and ultimate reservation guarantee.

Elite nights can be earned in several ways, including staying at any of Marriott Rewards participating hotels, hosting an event at a Marriott International hotel, through promotions or by signing up for one of Marriott Rewards Visa credit cards.

Marriott Rewards is free to join and has no blackout dates, and members can earn and redeem points at more than 3,600 Marriott International hotels around the world and at Marriott Rewards’ luxury partner, The Ritz-Carlton. Members can also redeem points for frequent flyer miles, cruises, car rentals, merchandise and more.
