NCED Conference Center and Hotel Enhances Online Sales with OpenView

The NCED Conference Center and Hotel has leveraged Pegasus Solutions’ OpenView booking engine to deliver online and mobile guest room sales.

OpenView will make the 964-room property more bookable for guests engaging with the hotel’s website, via desktop or mobile device.

“Our hotel appeals to a broad national audience of business travelers and family vacationers who not only want to book our property, but to also experience all that we offer,” said Yves Badaroux, general manager of NCED Conference Center and Hotel. “As the line between business and leisure travel blurs, we wanted to make sure our site delivered against all of our guests needs, whether that means information, bookability, or even drivability, which can be tricky with mobile. OpenView doesn’t just complement what we already have in place – it makes it work harder for us to deliver the sales we expect.”

The NCED Conference Center and Hotel is located on 72 acres minutes away from the University of Oklahoma. Offering a 60,000-square foot fitness center that includes a ropes course, weight room, basketball court and Olympic-sized pool.

Chris Wichers, chief sales officer of Pegasus Solutions, said “NCED is the largest hotel in Oklahoma, and has only been available for non-government bookings for about three years. With such a rich offering of attractions and a short history of marketing to the public, it will be exciting to deliver the hotel’s beautiful offerings to consumers directly. OpenView will be a solid addition to NCED’s distribution planning.”
