Kevin Kobishop Named VP of Operations @ Wyndham Hotels and Resorts

Kevin Kobishop has been appointed as vice president of operations for the upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand.

An hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Kobishop is responsible for helping to drive the brands strategic direction and overseeing operational functions including revenue management, sales, financial reporting and human resources for the brands portfolio of managed and franchised hotels. He is based in Parsippany, N.J., and reports directly to John Green, brand senior vice president for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

Most recently, Kobishop served as the corporate director of food and beverage for Amalgamated Holdings Limited in Sydney, Australia. There, he implemented programs and processes for the companys 50 hotels, 80 movie theaters and Australias largest ski resort.

Kobishop returns to the Wyndham brand after serving the former Wyndham International from 1988 to 2005, where he held various corporate and on-property positions in the areas of food and beverage, conference management and operations. He also served as general manager at Wyndham hotels in Philadelphia, Penn., Brookfield, Wisc., and Indianapolis, Ind.
