Finnair Technical Services Employees Return to Work

In Wednesday's travel news we reported how employees of Finnair Technical Services had walked out, with the action possibly lasting up to one week.

Finnair customers will be pleased to learn that the walk out has already ended and the Finnair Technical Services personnel have now returned to work.

The airline does warn that some individual cancellations or delays in flights are still possible, but it expects flight operations to return normal within hours.

Personnel negotiations on discontinuing Finnair’s engine services operations and adjusting component services at Helsinki Airport continue.
