Travelport Appoints Senior Director of Corporate Development - Asia Pacific

Travelport has appointed Nicolas Pierret to the role of Senior Director of Corporate Development for the Asia Pacific region.

As part of the Asia Pacific management team, Pierret will be responsible for leading strategic projects within the region.

Pierret’s previous experience includes senior leadership roles with Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Singapore and Delhi where he was involved in strategic planning, global accounts and overseeing CWT’s India subsidiary. He was most recently employed by REA Group in Sydney as General Manager of their software service arm.

Pierret has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in France and Boston; and at Banque Paribas (now BNP Paribas) in New York as a mergers and acquisitions analyst.

Pierret will be based in Sydney initially before relocating to Travelport’s office in Singapore later in the year.
