Eastin Residences Muscat Appoints Navaid Tehseen as GM

Mr. Navaid Tehseen has been appointed as General Manager of the Eastin Residences Muscat, Oman, effective 10 March 2012.

Navaid has a strong hotel operations background, having held management positions with various established international hotels chains such as Holiday Inn, Ritz-Carlton and Marriott in different countries including the Middle East and Maldives.

Prior to joining Eastin Residences Muscat he was Deputy General Manager of Terelj Hotel and Tereljmaa Spa, a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World in Mongolia.

Eastin Residences Muscat, located on a sea road connecting Al-Seeb and Al Athaiba in the north of Muscat, is due to open its door to guests in April 2012.

The Seeb corniche and beaches as well as its close proximity to Muscat International Airport makes it one of the prime areas and the favourite locations for business and leisure travellers. The Eastin Residences is also nearby major shopping attractions in Muscat.

Guests can enjoy shopping experiences of an international standard at Muscat City Center, Al Bahja Center, and a traditional Souq at Seeb, with golf also close by.

All 50 residences consist of a spacious living room, bedroom and kitchenette. Other facilities include an all day dining restaurant located on the ground floor adjacent to reception areas and business center. The top floor features a swimming pool, fitness center, and an open air pool bar and restaurant.

For meetings and events there are two meeting rooms with large party hall to accommodate medium-size group meetings and local events.

Free internet access and shuttle van from/to airport and local attractions are also provided for guests.
