China Airlines has launched Taoyuan-Kagoshima and Taoyuan-Shizuoka flights.

Flights operate every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and are serviced by Boeing 737-800 aircraft equipped with eight Business Class seats and 150 Economy Class seats.

When China Airlines launches the Taoyuan-Toyama route on 16 April 2012, its Japan service offering will expand to 119 weekly round trip flights.

Kagoshima Prefecture is located on the southern tip of Kyushu, and along with the opening of the full Shinkansen bullet train service in Kyushu last March, visitors can now travel more easily between Kagoshima and other cities in Kyushu already served by China Airlines.

With the addition of Kagoshima, China Airlines now has a triangular network in Kyushu connecting Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Fukuoka, offering travelers more flexibility with their itineraries.

Located in central Japan with convenient transportation links, Shizuoka Prefecture is primed for business and independent travelers in addition to the group tourists it already attracts. Shizuoka's proximity to Tokyo and Nagoya allows tourists to fly into and out of any of these three destinations for greater flexibility.
