StayWell Signs Park Regis in Bali, Indonesia

StayWell Hospitality Group, the owner and operator of the Park Regis and Leisure Inn brands, has signed an agreement to operate a 4-star hotel in Bali, Indonesia.

The property will be branded as Park Regis Kuta with a proposed opening in early 2013 and will be StayWell Hospitality Group’s first hotel to officially open in Indonesia.

The property is centrally located on Jalan Raya Kuta, a short distance to the main beach, shopping districts, local attractions, nightclubs and restaurants of the popular Kuta area.

Park Regis Kuta will comprise of 175 guest rooms – including Studios, Junior Suites and Pool Suites, with most rooms over looking the hotel’s pool and sundeck area.

The property will also offer guest facilities including 24-hour reception, al fresco café, restaurant, outdoor tropical swimming pool, fitness centre, day spa, business centre and car parking.

“Bali is a destination we have been considering for some time and were waiting for the right opportunity, which we’ve found with Park Regis Kuta. We anticipate this announcement will be the start of further developments within the South East Asia region, including further properties within Indonesia itself,” said StayWell’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Simon Wan.

StayWell’s head office is in Sydney, Australia, with regional offices in India, Singapore, Dubai and Shanghai as well as global sales offices in London, Munich and Hong Kong.
