Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant Opens @ Sofitel Silom, Bangkok

After its proven success in Beijing, China, the Scarlett wine bar & restaurant in Bangkok officially opens to the public today.

Located on the 37th floor of the Sofitel Bangkok Silom, the venue offers various wines at a reasonable price and goes back to basics in terms of cuisine by offering a varied range of traditional dishes with taste and quality for the right price.

More than 150 different wine labels combined with a large cheese selection, cold cuts, daily specials, tapas and French Master Chef Manuel Martinez “Old time favourites”, all available on an European-style menu.

The food offer is completed with a selection of hot and cold tapas as well as daily fresh seafood selection prepared a la minute from Scarlett’s interactive kitchen.

Scarlett does not only boast fine wines but also offers 10 wines by the glass and premium spirits. Special attention has been given to the cocktail list which signatures include the “Pandanus Aqueduct” or the “Sparkle and Fade” prepared with homemade infused vodka.

400 square meters, Scarlett can accommodate up to 160 guests including 40 on its open air terrace overlooking Bangkok’s Skyline. In this relaxed yet in vogue atmosphere, guests can choose to sit at the long bar, communal wooden tables, or lounge in the vintage leather sofas, be it in or out door.

Every evening, focus revolving around different wines, cocktails and food designed to attract various crowds of revelers are also part of the concept, which includes weekend DJs and monthly events ‘G-Session’.

It has a unique atmosphere and ambience, serving terrific food and beverages at a reasonable price. Scarlett is part of an extensive renovation program that the hotel is undergoing to become the lifestyle Pullman Bangkok Hotel G in April 2012."

Scarlett is open from 18:00 daily till 01:00.
