Absolute Hotel Services Signs New Resort in India

Absolute Hotel Services India has signed its first management agreement of 2012 – U Resort & Residences Lonavala.

U Resort & Residences Lonavala, under contract with Mumbai based Rhythm Realty, is scheduled to be operational by April 2014. The resort will feature 84 rooms, a restaurant, a bar lounge and banqueting facilities.

Located on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, the resort will offer 34 Superior Rooms, 25 Deluxe Rooms and 25 Suites.

Other facilities available for the guests include a library, a fully equipped gym, a spa and swimming pool.

The resort will offer a 24-hour room policy which will allow guests to enjoy their room for 24 hours from arrival, breakfast whenever/wherever, free Wi-Fi, international and local calls at cost, pre-selection of amenities such as pillow, tea, music and soap that guests will be able to select from the online U Choose programme and more.

Mr. Mark Heather, Regional Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services India said, “This is the first agreement announced in the year 2012 adding to the aggressive expansion announced in 2010 and 2011. This year we look forward to overtaking the tally of 15 management agreements and over 1200 rooms signed in 2011.”
