FCm Travel Solutions has appointed a new Network Systems Manager.

Business travel specialist from Sydney in Australia, Matthew Campbell brings to FCms global technology team extensive travel industry experience, having worked for parent company Flight Centre Limited (FLT) for more than a decade. Matthew has spent the past eight years working for FLTs corporate travel division and has experience in frontline travel management, systems and team leadership.

In this newly established role, Matthew will be responsible for ensuring consistency across FCms global technology systems to improve the overall customer experience. Hell be working closely with different stakeholders across FCms equity and licensee network to further streamline and enhance existing technology systems.

In order for us to capitalise on our vast partner and customer network, we need to continue developing the technology framework and systems that support our client, company and supplier relationships, Matthew said. After working with clients and suppliers in this industry for many years, I have a good understanding of what our business needs to be focusing on in the future to enhance our current systems and generate new systems to ensure were at the forefront of business travel management ... The growth of FCms global technology team will ensure that every aspect of the customer, travel management and supplier experience is enhanced with innovative technology that drives time and cost efficiencies, which is what is most important for clients.
