As part of its refurbishment and upgrading project, Marco Polo Hotels, Hong Kong, is now offering guests complimentary Wi-Fi internet service.

The network coverage is extended to all the guest rooms and suites for guests staying at the Marco Polo Hongkong, Gateway, and Prince hotels.

In addition, in-house guests and diners can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi internet service in the restaurants and bars including Cafe Marco, CUCINA and the Lobby Lounge at the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, as well as Bubbles Bar and the Lobby Lounge at Prince.

“The in-room free Wi-Fi Internet service is now fully up and running in response to the industry trend and guests’ expectations. We believe there is a need to ensure both the business travellers and leisure travellers are able to stay connected through the Wi-Fi internet service during their trips,” said Mr. Mark Heywood, Area General Manager of Marco Polo Hotels, Hong Kong. “Waiving in-room internet fees could have an immediate effect in a surge in guest experience and satisfaction levels, and ensure good traveller retention rates.”
