Martin Fabiano Joins U Sunsuri Phuket as GM

Mr. Martin Fabiano has been appointed as U Sunsuri Phukets General Manager, effective 1 July 2012.

Martin has an extensive background in hotel event/banquet management and a wealth of experience working in Asia, Canada and Europe with many international hotel chains including Hilton, Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons.

Prior to his new assignment as the General Manager of U Sunsuri Phuket, he was General Manager at the Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18.

Martins strong background experience in MICE and events at leading hotels around the globe will be a great asset in supporting the team at our new venture in Phuket. U Sunsuri Phuket will be offering meeting facilities for groups as well as other activites for MICE and leisure business all tailored to the guests exacting requirements. U Sunsuri Phuket is set in a hillside location in a secluded area of Nai Harn Beach in Phuket. The hotel offers spectacular views of a deep blue lake, billowing trees and the majestic ocean.

All 133 rooms and suites at U Sunsuri Phuket are designed in a contemporary modern Thai style with room sizes ranging from 45 sqm for superior rooms to 90 sqm for suites.

Resort facilities include a welcome sala, two swimming pools with pool bar, purpose built kids pool and kids club, two restaurants, a wine bar, spa facilities with three double treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, beach club, library/business centre and event space for meetings and events that can accommodate up to 220 guests.

The U Sunsuri Phuket is scheduled to open its doors to guests on 1 November 2012.
