Swissôtel Signs Hotel in Dubai

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel in Dubai, the Swissôtel Jadaf Dubai, scheduled to open by early 2016.

Five minutes from Dubai’s airport, the new build Swissôtel located in the Al Jadaf area, will be within a mixed use development comprising 3 hotels, residences, serviced apartments, retail and entertainment facilities.

The Jadaf district is just next to the Officers Club, close to the Latifa Hospital and what will become one of the largest Children’s hospitals in the Middle East, currently under construction as an extension to the Health Care City.

Al Jadaf is strategically located just minutes away from Dubai landmarks such as the Dubai Mall, Dubai International Financial District, World Trade Centre, Dubai Festival City and Health Care City The Swissôtel sister property Raffles Dubai and the Health Care City district are located across the Sheikh Zayed Road.

The hotel will comprise over 280 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, three speciality restaurants with outdoor areas, as well as a Pürovel Spa.

Meeting, conference and ballroom facilities– all with a total area of 1600m2 – will round out the amenities of the hotel.

This is an additional important step in our expansion in this region.”
