Orient-Express has appointed Heavens Portfolio as its official Sales and Marketing Representative Office in Singapore/Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Orient-Expresss collection encircles the globe, with hotels, rail journeys and river adventures on six continents.

Since the acquisition of Venice's Hotel Cipriani in 1976, new hotels, trains and river cruisers worldwide have joined the Orient-Express collection. Many of these, such as The Ritz, Madrid, St Petersburg's Grand Hotel Europe and Rio's Copacabana Palace, are destinations in their own right.

Beach resorts, safaris, restaurants, and luxury trains have also joined the portfolio as it has expanded over the years. All have their own names and personalities and are managed by local teams who regard them as 'their' properties and are encouraged to innovate and contribute new ideas.

Mr Shane Arrold, Regional Director of Sales, Asia Pacific of Orient-Express said, "We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Heavens Portfolio as we believe they are the perfect partner for Orient-Express in the region given their depth of relationships, market knowledge, ability to drive business and their expertise in representing products which offer unique travel experiences aimed to capture the imagination of discerning travelers. We could not hope for a more perfect representative for the Orient-Express collection.
