Jack Breisacher Joins Swisstel Chicago as GM

Jack Breisacher has been appointed as General Manager of the Swisstel Chicago.

Breisacher returns to Swisstel Chicago from China where he spent the last twenty months at the helm of Swisstel Beijing, Hong Kong Macau Centre.

Breisacher has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. He joined Swisstel Hotels & Resorts in 2003 as Area Director of Sales and Marketing, Americas. He brought with him three decades of experience in various sales and marketing management roles at top hospitality companies throughout the United States. In 2005, he was appointed Executive Assistant Manager of Swisstel Chicago and was promoted just a year later to Hotel Manager.

On the international level, he had a vital role in developing the Sales and Marketing Department ahead of the opening of Swisstel Kolkata and served as Interim General Manager of Swisstel Nai Lert Park, Bangkok for three months in 2009.

Before joining the Swisstel team, Breisacher held the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Chicagoland Sales, effectively reengineering the sales and marketing function and team for the three-company owned Hilton Hotels in Chicago.

He started his career as Tour & Travel Manager of the Twin Bridges Marriott Hotel and steadily moved up the ladder through his affiliations with Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Stouffer Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, Loews Hotels and Hilton Hotel Corporation.
