Hertz has entered into a new partnership with Royal Jordanian to provide preferential rates and special rewards to members of the airline’s frequent flyer programme, Royal Plus, while also offering global car rental benefits to all other customers booking flights online.

As a result of the new three-year agreement, Royal Plus members can immediately take advantage of best available rates on car rentals at Hertz locations across the airline’s international network of 59 destinations, while earning 500 Royal Plus miles for each booking.

This doubles up to 1,000 Royal Plus miles for those booking cars from the Hertz Prestige Collection which includes luxury brands like Mercedes, BMW and Porsche.

An extra attraction for Royal Plus members is that they can take advantage of exclusive year-round promotions and offers through a new dual branded HertzLink booking platform accessed from the airline’s website.

The new agreement is also good news for all other Royal Jordanian passengers who are now able to enjoy best available rates when booking car rentals at over 8,500 Hertz locations worldwide via the car rental booking tab on Royal Jordanian’s website.

Additionally, they can take advantage of exclusive promotions and offers year-round when booking online, have access to pre-paid and non pre-paid rates, and receive instant confirmation and guarantee of booking.

Royal Jordanian President/CEO Amer Hadidi said, “We are pleased to work with Hertz, a worldwide leading car rental brand. Through our partnership with Hertz, we enhance the passenger’s travel experience by delivering more benefits. Our vision is to expand our partners’ network and thus reward our loyal customers with generous, non-airline services ... We understand that our customers look for further privileges, therefore we are working on new partnerships that go beyond earning air miles to include many other comprehensive services, thus meeting the demands of our passengers and boosting their satisfaction.”
