Digital Alchemy, a provider of cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and e-marketing solutions to the global hospitality industry, has been certified by the General Services Administration (GSA) to be included on its Multiple Award Schedule program.

Under the new certification, federal, state, and local government agencies that have access to the GSA Schedule Contract program can contract directly with Digital Alchemy for its full range of CRM and digital marketing solutions.

The GSA schedule is one of the most widely accepted government contract vehicles available to agency procurement officers. GSA certification is a process that requires potential vendors for government contracts to be recognized as credible and established.

As a GSA certified vendor, Digital Alchemy’s products are now listed on the GSA Schedule (contract number GS-07F-0290Y) and include eRelationship, eCampaign, eSurvey and eDevelopment modules.

These innovative solutions are design to not only track, deliver, and retrieve relevant information to military lodging operators, but also encourage guests to provide feedback about their stay, resulting in enhanced communications, improved operations and increased ROI.

Digital Alchemy is currently providing its electronic eSurvey services to Air Force Inns, Navy Gateway Inns and Inns of the Corps.

Don Hay, Digital Alchemy CEO, said, “The GSA certification will allow us to expand our existing solutions for this highly specialized market and continue development of our products to provide even better efficiencies and ROI to our military lodging clients.”
