Riande Hoteles Drives Bookings with New Mobile Site and Facebook

Riande Hoteles, with two locations in Panama City, Panama is now able to offer reservations on mobile devices and Facebook through tools provided by Pegasus Solutions.

Both hotels have launched mobile sites using OpenFlex from Open Hospitality, a division of Pegasus, and have leveraged the OpenView booking engine to capture “Facebookings”.

OpenFlex provides Riande Hoteles with responsive design, scalable images, and adjustable layouts made specifically for mobile devices, allowing bookers to quickly access details via their preferred mobile tools.

The OpenView booking engine enables users to book directly on Riande Hoteles’ Facebook page connecting to the reservation platform on each hotel’s site.

“Riande Hoteles has been working with Pegasus for more than eight years,” said Mario Ramos, social media and web marketing manager for Riande Hoteles. “Our goal in this partnership is to get clients from all over the world to our hotels. We offer extensive executive amenities, and with the addition of OpenFlex and OpenView, the reservation process is simplified, appealing even more to the business traveler.”

Riande Hoteles has two locations in Panama City. The 135-room Riande Aeropuerto Hotel & Resort is just two minutes away from the Tocumen International Airport, offering a large pool surrounded by a tropical garden and recreational area. The Riande Granada Urban Hotel features 154 rooms, meeting rooms for seminars and conferences, and executive floors perfect for business travelers.
