His business partner is Andre Agassi and he has cooked for not one,
but three, U.S. Presidents.
Last week he was one of just eight
chefs from around the world to headline the World Gourmet Festival
2012 at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok.
His name is Michael Mina, and
as founder of the Mina Group, he currently runs 18 restaurants and
1 lounge in America.
In this HD video interview, we ask Mr. Mina what
he prepared for guests of the World Gourmet Festival on 7 and 8
September and what he plans to do at Four Seasons Hotel Koh Samui
later today (10 September 2012).
Born in Cairo and living there until the age of
