FCS Computer Systems (FCS) has signed a Value Business Partner Agreement with HKT, one of Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service providers.

The agreement marks FCS’ first Value Business Partner arrangement in Hong Kong.

Through this collaboration, HKT will be able to provide FCS’ full suite of hospitality solutions that help to improve hotel productivity and efficiency, while enhancing profitability and guest experiences.

FCS’ comprehensive hospitality solutions include the following five platforms:

FCS Hotel Operation Solution Suite – applications for hotel back-office operations such as billing, voice messaging solution and Internet bandwidth management.

FCS e-Solution – web-based applications for guest service and internal operations, such as automated job dispatching, housekeeping, engineering, glitch, and concierge management.

FCS c-Solution – cloud-enabled platform to transform the existing web-based FCS systems into a public cloud or private cloud for hotels.

FCS m-Solution – mobile applications running on hotel staff mobile devices for better guest service delivery.

FCS i-Solution – guest-facing applications running on guests’ own mobile devices, in-room TV and IP phones for guests to interact with the hotel on anywhere and anytime.

"This milestone collaboration marks a new chapter for FCS, as it is one of the most significant steps in servicing hospitality customers in Hong Kong," said Akina Ho, Vice President of Strategy & Global Business Development for FCS. "We believe having a strong team like HKT, with a track record of providing advanced and comprehensive hospitality solutions, is important to foster a better guest experience at our customers’ properties."
