Wyndham Set to Open Ramada Encore in Bangkok

Wyndham Hotel Group will manage its first Ramada Encore Hotel in Asia Pacific, with the opening of an hotel in Bangkok on 20 May 2011.

The Ramada Encore Bangkok is located on Sukhumvit Soi 10, only a five-minute walk to both Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations with easy access to the airport rail link.

Owned by Nai Chan Estate Company Limited, the eight-storey property will feature 188 guestrooms.

Amenities will include a rooftop swimming pool with views of Bangkok’s skyline, a fitness center and two well-equipped meeting rooms.

There will also be two dining options. Firstly ‘The Hub’ which will offer local and international dishes all day, as well as the informal ‘Hub Bar’. Secondly ‘Chakra’, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar, will be the latest addition to Bangkok’s rooftop dining scene. For drinks, dinner or dancing to the resident DJ ‘til 1am, Chakra aims to be one of the coolest places to be seen in Sukhumvit.
