KLM Launches New Shopping Service

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Friday, 4 March 2011

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is now offering customers the option of ordering articles ahead of their flight via the new Shop@KLM service.

This new service includes those products that are usually available on board, and gives passengers peace of mind as they do not need to worry whether those items will still be available while inflight.

Shop@KLM offers KLM passengers the added advantage that the online range is more extensive than on board.

Cabin crew will deliver orders to customers on board. This service is available on all intercontinental flights out of Amsterdam.
